Flow is a two-way communication workflow you can use to interact with your customers through a predefined set of steps. Flow can have multiple steps through which it sends and receive messages over channels like SMS, Voice, Email, Mobile Messaging (Push) and Chat Apps. It is created in a visual drag and drop editor provided by Infobip.
Flow API is used to add a person to this communication workflow. Every person whose data, like phone number, email address or external ID has been sent to Infobip platform over Flow API will immediately start their communication within the launched Flow. Along with the contact data, information like a person’s name or any other attribute required for a specific use case can be sent and used in communication.
